Job Description

- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable general ledger.
- Review entries ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Manage monthend quarterly and yearend closing processes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with auditors during annual audits and assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
- Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Support budgeting forecasting and financial analysis efforts.
- Provide monthly reporting to the CEO
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA preferred).
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software Acumatica and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Handson experience in improving or automating accounting workflows.
