Director Human Resources

What does a successful Director of Human Resources do at Fiserv We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of success in partnering with diverse business units. As a Director of Human Resources you will be responsible for driving the talent strategy and supporting the business in achieving its goals.

What you will do:

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and leaders within the organization to understand their business needs and provide HR support and solutions and best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address talent gaps and succession planning needs
  • Lead change management initiatives and support organizational design efforts to ensure optimal structure and effectiveness
  • Drive employee engagement and development initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Partner with recruiters to identify and attract top talent for open positions within the organization
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters ensuring fair and consistent practices
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends recommend improvements and track HR initiatives
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR and implement relevant strategies within the organization

What you will need to have:

  • 8 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on partnering with business units and driving talent strategies
  • Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Manager
  • Expertlevel Excel skills includeadvanced use of Pivot Tables including dynamic Pivot Charts and VLOOKUP formulas
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

  • International experience
  • 8 years of experience using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • 8 years of experience creating presentations using MS PowerPoint.
  • SHRMCP or SHRMSCP or other recognized HR certifications.
  • Experience in a matrixed environment overseeing multiple client groups.
