We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Order Fulfilment & Logistics Supervisor. Your role will control the coordination preparation and delivery of customer orders. This role is critical in ensuring that all components of a customers order are brought together and scheduled for timely dispatch within our advertised lead times. You will manage the booking and scheduling of 23 delivery teams each day to meet customer expectations and optimise operational efficiency. This role comes with an experienced assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Coordination:
- Bring together all components of customer orders to ensure they are complete and ready for despatch within our promised lead times.
- Work with the warehouse manager to plan any skilled preparation and customisation work in advance of order despatch.
- Work with stock controllers and procurement team to establish a firm awareness of stock availability to fulfil orders.
- Work with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products that may be part of a larger multi product order.
- Logistics Scheduling:
- Plan schedule and book the delivery & installation routes in advance for 23 vehicles per day.
- Optimise delivery routes and schedules for efficiency costeffectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Prepare delivery paperwork for installation teams.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the warehouse manager head of technical customer service leads stock controllers and installation teams to align fulfilment activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers addressing and reacting to delivery issues and customer concerns.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve order fulfilment processes and logistics workflows.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for order accuracy and ontime delivery
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery team start and end times to assist with monthly overtime calculations.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in order fulfilment logistics coordination or a related operational role.
- Proven experience in scheduling and dispatching outbound deliveries.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with general customer management (CRM) software/ systems
- Proficiency with spreadsheets google docs MS Word
- Solid experience with logistics management software.
- Understanding and experience with stock control systems and stock control principles (preferred).
The position is based in the main office in Epsom with regular interaction with warehouse manager installation teams customers service lead and stock controller. The role may require occasional physical activity such as inspecting shipments and picking small accessories for orders.
Required Experience:
Manager
