You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all AV systems across our offices spanning the globe. You will oversee a team of AV technicians and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and smooth operation of AV technology in our workspaces.
Vendor Management: Manage a team of AV technicians providing guidance coaching ensuring exceptional performance and smooth operations. Manage and collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate and implement new AV technologies and services
Operations: Manage installation configuration monitoring and maintenance of AV systems including video conferencing presentation and collaboration tools.
Event Management: Oversee the setup operation and maintenance of AV equipment for events. Coordinate with event planners and executives to ensure AV requirements are met. Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues during events.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Engineering Facilities Real Estate and Business Units to implement AV solutions that meet business needs.
Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including senior leadership VIPs business unit leaders to ensure AV solutions meet business needs and expectations.
Strategy: Work with Engineering to develop and maintain a comprehensive AV standards portfolio and strategy including lifecycle & security aligning with the companys overall IT vision and goals.
Budget and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage budgets forecasts and resource allocation plans for the AV team.
Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain documentation including technical guides user manuals and training materials. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends applying this knowledge to continuously improve the AV environment.
OnCall Support: Provide 24/7 OnCall support for critical AV issues.
Site visits: Visit offices around the globe to assess and measure service levels and user satisfaction.
I have 5 years of experience in IT with a focus on AV technology design planning implementation and management of AV systems.
I have 2 years of experience in a management role with a proven track record of team management and development.
I am certified in AV or IT such as CTS CTSD or CCNA.
I have strong knowledge of AV technologies including video conferencing presentation and collaboration tools.
I have experience with cloudbased AV solutions such as Microsoft Teams Zoom Webex or Google Meet.
I have excellent communication project management and problemsolving skills with the ability to work with crossfunctional teams.
I have the ability to work in a fastpaced global environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
I have strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex AV issues.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$84000.00 $105000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performancebased bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region jobrelated knowledge skills and experience among other factors
