- National Diploma or bachelors degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production environments (Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Planning or Supply Chain Management).
- Proven experience in managing crossfunctional projects.
- Strong affinity for manufacturing processes particularly in serial production environments.
- Demonstrated social and intercultural competence.
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and project management methodologies.
- Proficient in SAP EP1/S4 systems.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills within international multicultural environments.
- Strong analytical goaloriented and structured mindset with enthusiasm for new challenges.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Plan analyze and optimize the production system to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain Industrial Engineering (IE) master data.
- Coordinate crossfunctional projects across the entire value stream focusing on process improvements change management and product launches.
- Evaluate production KPIs (e.g. OEE TEEP) to support continuous improvement initiatives and informed decisionmaking.
- Support product cost calculations and costoptimization activities.
- Implement and improve workplace design through time and motion studies (e.g. MTM REFA).
- Plan manage and monitor capacity and investment planning processes.
- Create maintain and update Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) documentation.
- Collaborate effectively within an international interdisciplinary team environment.
- Ensure all relevant certificates are attached to your application.
