In this critical role you will define and execute the strategic vision for Xometrys postorder product suite driving the development of innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
What Youll Do:
- Define the product vision and roadmap for Xometrys postorder products ensuring alignment with business strategy and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering design operations and customer service to deliver seamless postorder experiences.
- Conduct indepth analysis to understand customer postorder needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement postorder product launch strategies ensuring successful execution.
- Own the postorder product lifecycle driving continuous enhancement based on feedback and data.
- Utilize analytics to measure and optimize postorder product performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends in postorder management and logistics.
- Oversee the development of documentation and support materials for postorder processes.
What You Need To Be Successful in The Role:
- 10 years of experience in product management with 35 years leading product development teams.
- Strong business acumen to manage postorder business outcomes.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B postorder solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Experience building highperforming product teams in a fastgrowth environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable postorder strategies.
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate postorder vision to stakeholders.
- Understanding of postorder processes logistics and customer service.
- Experience managing product roadmaps for postorder or related enterprise software.
- Experience working in a fastpaced growthoriented company.
