Key position functions include:
- Assist in process mapping and identifying gaps in current operations.
- Conduct time trials to analyze and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics to support decisionmaking and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for cost analysis and reporting.
- Create technical documentation to standardize processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for process optimization.
- Support the operations team in daily tasks and special projects as needed
The preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop.
- Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including the use of formulas pivot tables and macros.
- Strong technical writing skills for creating clear and concise documentation.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
