Are you a proven closer who thrives on results and knows how to seal the deal At The Rustman Agency were looking for a High Ticket Sales Closer to convert warm qualified leads into clients helping families protect their future while unlocking your own earning potential This is a highimpact commissiondriven role for a confident professional with strong people skills and a heart for helping others
What youll do
Conduct virtual consultations with inbound prequalified leads
Present life insurance solutions and close highticket policy sales
Build trust handle objections and deliver valuefocused recommendations
Track all client interactions and followup activity in our system
Meet and exceed closing targets and performance goals
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
