About the Role
Were looking for a creative and datadriven Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist to lead our social presence and paid campaigns across multiple platforms. If youre passionate about building engaging content running highperforming Meta ads and scaling digital strategies for B2C and SaaS audiences wed love to hear from you.
What Youll Do
- Own and manage the social media content calendar across Instagram LinkedIn TikTok and more
- Collaborate with designers and leverage AI tools to ideate plan and coordinate compelling onbrand content
- Review and proof all content to maintain quality tone and consistency
- Launch manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) including retargeting funnels
- Analyze campaign and social performance to continuously refine strategies
- Handle multiple accounts/brands with a distinct and consistent voice for each
- Stay current with trends platform updates and content formats to propose fresh ideas
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of handson experience in social media management and paid advertising (especially Meta)
- Solid understanding of B2C marketing and/or SaaS audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain highquality output
- Strong eye for content aesthetics tone and performance timing
- Comfortable using tools like Meta Ads Manager Canva Buffer Later or similar
- Experience working with content management systems
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or automation
- Experience running TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads
- Basic graphic design skills
- Track record of successful retargeting campaigns and ad funnel optimization
