Job Description

Title: Ellucian Banner Application Analyst

Duration: 6 months C2H

Location: Hybrid at least 2 days a week in the Bronx NY no relocation must be local so less than one hour from Bronx NY.

Mode of Interview: Video

The critical skill set here revolves around Banner and other Ellucian products as well as SQL. The resource would be expected to perform initial troubleshooting on operational issues raised reaching out to internal and external resources as necessary.

*Preferably with Education/University experience

The resource would be expected to handle/have knowledge of the following:

  1. Manage/Process IT Service Desk (ServiceNow) queue for the team
  2. Banner (Student Finance HR/Payroll CRM Advance) Knowledge
  3. SQL/PSQL Knowledge
  4. Banner FGAC/SDE
  5. Knowledge of Banner Roles/Classes
  6. Create Ellucian cases /follow up on them
  7. APPWORX creation of jobs and maintenance
  8. Weekend upgrade maintenance management of event/testing testing (Oracle patching OS patching)
  9. Troubleshoot nonproduction and production Banner issues (for example issues with the data and software)
  10. Validation after Banner production to nonprod clones
  11. Creating and updating documentation
  12. DocuSign Knowledge
  13. Manage PowerFAIDS Security
