Job Description
Tasks
- Lead the preconstruction phase by developing detailed project plans budgets and schedules to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with clients architects and engineers to understand project requirements and provide innovative solutions using AI products.
- Oversee the preparation of estimates proposals and bid documents to secure new projects within the software development industry.
- Manage a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure all preconstruction activities align with company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential challenges during the preconstruction phase of software development projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in preconstruction planning and management within the software development industry.
- 7 years in commercial MEP preconstruction required.
- Indepth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
