Job Description
Enzo is on a mission to transform the insurance industry. With our AIpowered SaaS solution we help partner companies detect water damage early and sustainably reduce costs.
As an Operations Excellence Manager (m/f/d) you will play a key role in expanding our processes and structures across the entire organization. You will design implement and measure the quality of our core processes and help us establish a global market standard for water leakage monitoring.
Tasks
- Develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency productivity and quality.
- Monitor and measure the success of the Operations and Growth areas based on relevant KPIs.
- Develop and establish processes for delivering our SaaS services ensuring implementation throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to roll out and operationalize processes and structures.
- Serve as a key contact for the Customer Service team and partner companies regarding processrelated and technical questions about our SaaS technology.
- Support daytoday business activities in the areas of fulfillment customer onboarding and water leakage monitoring.
- Develop training programs for employees and partners on using the Enzo technology.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards during process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration Engineering Process Management or a comparable qualification.
- Experience or internships in process optimization lean management or continuous improvement is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS solutions and their integration into existing business processes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Independent working style with strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken. German is a plus.
- High level of initiative handson mentality and the ability to inspire colleagues.
