Job Description
We are ci cambio Institut a dynamic and innovative language institute and medical recruitment agency based in Mannheim. With over 20 years of experience in the market we specialize in providing highquality language training for professionals particularly in the medical and business sectors. Our mission is to offer flexible tailored language solutions that help our clients succeed in an increasingly globalized world.
Tasks
- Teaching Group Classes: Lead engaging and interactive English lessons for groups with varying language levels (A1.1 to C1.1).
- Course Preparation: Youll plan lessons and use provided teaching materials (textbooks) to guide your lessons. This means you wont need to create everything from scratch allowing you to focus more on teaching and student interaction.
- Feedback and Progress Monitoring: Regularly provide feedback on student progress and offer guidance to help participants improve their skills. Youll ensure that students stay on track and feel supported in their language learning journey.
- Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for maintaining attendance records tracking student progress and communicating with both students and the institute regarding any updates or issues.
Requirements
- Native or nearnative proficiency in English.
- Previous experience teaching English to groups at various proficiency levels (A1.1C1.1).
- Teaching certification (e.g. CELTA TESOL TEFL) is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students and foster a positive learning environment.
- Selfmotivated and organized with the ability to work independently as a freelancer.
