Position: Engineer PPC
Qualification : BE Mechanical
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Job Roles
1. Responsible for Production Planning and Control
2. Plan production based on work orders received from Sales Department.
3. Ensure that all deliveries are made well within the committed delivery dates and coordinate with Production and Sales for the same.
4. Coordinate with concerned to ensure products are properly packed and despatched.
5. Institute lean practices and culture of continuous improvement.
6. Establish cost effective processes and suggest cost reduction measures
7. Enhance machine utilization and productivity and quality
8. Maintain cordial industrial relations and ensure proper safety precautions are followed.
9. Facilitate implementation of TS 16949.
10. Advise & guide staff and personnel reporting to you.
11. Take up other responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
