Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced MEAN Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fullstack development with a focus on MongoDB Angular and technologies. As a MEAN Stack Engineer you will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining innovative web applications that meet our clients needs.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team in implementing best practices for MEAN stack development.
- FullStack Development: Design develop and maintain scalable and highperformance web applications using MongoDB Angular and technologies.
- Architecture and Design: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and architect robust and scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality performance and adherence to coding standards. Perform thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and ensure application reliability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for the projects including architecture diagrams design documents and API specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in MEAN stack development and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and performance of the applications.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues providing innovative solutions to resolve them effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers designers and other stakeholders to understand requirements prioritize tasks and deliver solutions on time.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and expertise in MEAN stack development.
- Deployment and Maintenance: Participate in the deployment and maintenance of applications ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance in production environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a FullStack Developer with expertise in MEAN stack technologies
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and related web technologies.
- Experience with database design and development using MongoDB database.
- Proficiency in serverside programming with and .
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular 2.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
