Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect specializing in Industrial & Critical Facilities to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of complex industrial and critical infrastructure projects ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality safety and sustainability.

  • Lead the design and planning of largescale industrial and critical facility projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineers contractors and clients to develop innovative and efficient design solutions
  • Ensure compliance with local state and federal building codes and regulations
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather crucial information for project planning
  • Develop and present detailed project proposals including cost estimates and timelines
  • Oversee project execution monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to meet client requirements
  • Incorporate sustainable design principles and energyefficient solutions into project plans
  • Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in industrial and critical facilities architecture
  • Mentor junior architects and contribute to the overall growth of the architectural team

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Current professional architecture license (e.g. AIA)
  • Minimum of 57 years of experience in industrial and critical facilities architecture
  • Proven track record of successfully completed largescale industrial projects
  • Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD and Revit
  • Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Superior communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
  • Advanced problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification (preferred)
  • Familiarity with safety and security considerations for industrial spaces
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites as needed


Additional Information :

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: 

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $98.000 $149.000. This range is a goodfaith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience and geographic location the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
