As a Front Desk Agent you are an ambassador of hospitality ensuring that every guests journey begins and ends with a positive and memorable impression of our resort. As a Front Desk Agent you will provide:
Warm Welcome: You are the first face our guests see and you greet them with a genuine and warm welcome setting the tone for their stay.
Guest Registration and Services: Efficiently handle the checkin and checkout procedures assign rooms and enter their information into the property management system ensuring a smooth checkin well as collecting security deposits upon guest checkin and explaining room charges you accept payments through various methods including cash check or credit cards and issuing room keys and facilitating the checkout process are vital aspects of your role.
Financial Expertise: Your role extends to financial transactions where you accurately compute bills collect payments and provide any necessary change to guests all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
ProblemSolving: A key aspect of your role is the ability to listen to guests concerns and challenges actively and to find effective solutions that meet their needs. This is done with a proactive and empathetic approach enhancing the overall guest experience.
