Technical support customer and coordinate preanalysis in customer plants.
Responsible for communication of complaints handling with customer especial for SW issue.
Interface between customer and internal.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Master degree major in Electrical or Software related engineering
Over 5 years experience in automotive industry (Experience in OEMs is priority) preferred Geely related background.
Sound knowledge of TS 16949 FMEA skilled in Problem solving process and 8D method
Customer complaints handling method technical support customer experience and SW related background is preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
English oral & written fluently
