As the Area Culinary Coach you will play a pivotal in improving and maintaining the GYG food operational excellence standards within each of your defined restaurants. As Area Culinary Coach you will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen health and safety standards are complied with in all restaurants. You will work with and support the Restaurant Manager and Senior Cooks in the recruitment training and development of all kitchen Cooks including Cook training across the 3 restaurants to ensure alignment to GYG Recipes and Standards.
Duties include working collaboratively with the Restaurant Group Manager Restaurant Manager and Senior Cooks to deliver:
Our Restaurants are open 7 days a week and this role requires availability between the hours of 5am 12am specific days and shifts for the Area Culinary Coach will be discussed this role is for 5 shifts per week fulltime.
