Start in MedSurg and then cross train to Obstetrics (Mom/Baby) and the Emergency Room. Also have the opportunity to train to be a nursing supervisor or charge nurse. Summary

• Coordinate and/or supervisecare by other professionals on your team.
• Perform duties related toassessing diagnosing planning implementing and evaluating as you deliver patient care.
• Assess and plan for the educational needs of the patient/client and families.

Schedule

• Parttime 48 hours per two weeks
• 12hour shifts rotating Days and Nights Includes every third weekend Rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $37.97 per hour
  • Bachelors in nursing starting at $38.34 per hour
  • Pay range: $37.97 $56.82 per hour
• Earn extra pay for working these shifts!
  • Earn an additional $1.50 for evening shifts
  • Earn an additional $1.50 for night shifts
• $3500 hiring bonus and $5000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher
• Current Minnesota RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Exception: inability to complete certification process related to a health condition: must complete education portion of Basic Life Support
• ACLS education completed within 6 months of hire.
• NRP education completed within 1 year of hire.
• Completes trauma education as set for Level 4 trauma criteria within 1 year of hire.

The Redwood Hospital is a 12bed facility serving Redwood Falls Morton and other communities near Redwood and Renville Counties in Minnesota. Its one of the newest hospital facilities in Minnesota!
