An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join a leading AAHAaccredited veterinary practice in Seattle WA partnering with a network of toptier hospitals. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide lifesaving care collaborate with a passionate team and make a direct impact on the lives of pets and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide emergency care to a wide variety of critical conditions diagnosing and treating urgent medical situations
Perform emergency surgeries and soft tissue procedures with precision and compassion
Work in highpressure situations alongside a skilled team of veterinarians and support staff
Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners explaining diagnoses treatment options and progress updates
Maintain accurate medical records and foster smooth communication within the team
Collaborate with partner hospitals to enhance emergency care standards and share best practices across the network
Ideal Candidate:
The clinic seeks an experienced emergency veterinarian who thrives in critical care situations and values collaboration. The ideal candidate will have:
3 years of experience in emergency and critical care veterinary medicine
Strong clinical decisionmaking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Proficiency in emergency surgeries and soft tissue procedures
Excellent communication skills to educate and reassure clients
A teamoriented attitude excelling both independently and as part of a collaborative team
A commitment to delivering highquality care and improving patient outcomes
