Location: Kansas City KS (OnSite)
Employment Type: FullTime
Salary Range: $65000 $75000 per year (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Human Resources Generalist to support our growing team. This role will be primarily administrative and heavily focused on recruiting and onboarding new employees but also plays a vital role in benefits coordination HRIS management and employee relations. The ideal candidate is passionate about people processdriven and ready to support daytoday HR functions that keep our teams running smoothly.
- Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate and conduct phone screenings and inperson interviews.
- Manage background checks offer letters and onboarding paperwork.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records.
- Enter and update information in the HRIS system (Paycor).
- Prepare documentation for employee status changes terminations and benefits enrollment.
- Act as the primary contact for our benefits brokers.
- Coordinate open enrollment process benefit changes and assist employees with questions.
- Ensure compliance with ACA reporting and other benefitsrelated regulations.
- Provide support in handling employee concerns and conducting workplace investigations.
- Partner with leadership on performance discussions documentation and corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state (Kansas/Missouri) and federal employment laws including FMLA ADA FLSA and EEOC.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 25 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Paycor a plus.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Experience in a multisite or fieldbased workforce is a plus.
