The Executive Assistant I provides direct administrative support to the senior administrator as well as advises assists and represents the senior administrator on a wide range of issues and performs followup on his/her behalf.
*This position is 100% onsite (no remote work).
Require an associate degree or a minimum of four (4) years as an Executive Assistant at an executive level in a similar sized organization.
Prefer the ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive confidential issues.
Prefer executive presence and comfort with all levels of senior management particularly Csuite.
Prefer the ability to prioritize multiple demands and respond in a timely manner.
Require discretionary judgment and knowledge of hospital departments and programs and the ability to manage sensitive and privileged information.
Prefer the ability to interact with all levels of management and staff and the ability to work under stress and display a confidence and professional attitude to staff/public.
Prefer the ability to develop plan and implement short and longrange goals.
Prefer strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet research skills. Strategic calendar scheduling a must.
Prefer exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Prefer the ability to be selfmotivated work independently and shift priorities with flexibility.
Prefer the ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Prefer a high level of tact in dealing with individuals and groups.
