Traffic ClerkPrepares proper documentation for domestic and export customersGreet drivers ensure drivers sign in and coordinate their dock door Shipping Window shipping documents for both domestic and export air shipments routed via FedEx DHL UPS export documentation as needed to assist in the customs clearance of international files of all reports of all shipping customer ASN exported and posted successfully through Ford and GM up on all critical and asks immediate supervisor for clarification in the event of any doubt with the job Have good communication and customer service :High school diploma/ 23 years in processing shipment and receiving be knowledgeable in international and customs regulations for imports and Customer Service are a Office skills(Excel Word Outlook).Able to type 3540 wpm data entry proficiency good speed and accuracy a be able to multitask and work under (English/Spanish).
