Preschool Director Lead & Grow with Sonnet Montessori in Prior Lake MN

Sonnet Montessori is growing and were searching for a dedicated energetic and detailoriented Center Director to lead our team.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of educators fostering a positive and engaging workplace.
- Ensure compliance with all Minnesota regulations.
- Build strong relationships with families staff and the local community.
- Manage daily operations including scheduling staffing and enrollment growth.
- Conduct tours and showcase why our school is the best choice for families.
- Create a culture where learning laughter and development go hand in hand.
What You Need:
- Associates OR Bachelors Degree in a related field (Required).
- 5 years of childcare experience & 2 years in a leadership role (Required).
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota childcare licensing requirements.
- The ability to multitask prioritize and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment.
- A passion for early childhood education and supporting teachers & families.
- Ability to pass a background check.
