Job Description
Valve Technician (Outside Environment)
Location: Tolleson AZ
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Description:
We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Valve Technicians. The role involves the repair and maintenance of various valves.
Key Responsibilities:
Tear down inspect and assess valve components
Annotate repair documents and report findings to the shop supervisor
Utilize hand tools and measuring equipment (e.g. calipers)
Operate within both shop and field environments including elevated or outdoor locations
Adhere to all customer and company safety regulations
Use computer software (ValvKeep) for documentation and repair tracking
Training:
Onthejob training provided for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude
Companypaid factory training available based on skill progression
Requirements:
Valid drivers license with a clean DMV record (required to drive company vehicles)
Must pass an initial drug test and participate in a random testing program
Must supply basic hand tools
Experience with hand tools cranes rigging and measuring instruments
Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals in English
Must be physically able to climb stairs while carrying equipment and work in various weather condition
