As a key member of the Equity Administration team the Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting and optimizing CoreWeaves equity and rewards programs. This role is responsible for administering a wide range of equityrelated processes enhancing internal operations and ensuring a seamless experience for employees. The ideal candidate is detailoriented analytical and adept at managing crossfunctional relationships. This position reports directly to the Lead Stock Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate equity data within Morgan Stanleys Equity Edge Online (EEO) including award issuance terminations modifications tax rates releases and exercises.
  • Collaborate with HR to reconcile new hire grants and terminations against payroll records ensuring employee equity data is consistently updated.
  • Reconcile equity transactions across departmentsHR Payroll Legal and Financeto ensure data integrity and alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and SarbanesOxley (SOX) regulations assisting with related testing and documentation.
  • Respond to audit requests from internal and external auditors by providing timely and accurate documentation.
  • Reconcile the Employee Option Receivable account monthly in coordination with Payroll to ensure timely equity transaction processing.
  • Manage inquiries and support requests via the Fresh Service ticketing system.
  • Oversee and support all activities related to the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) including open enrollments withdrawals and purchases (two offerings annually).
  • Maintain a global Compliance Calendar to track and support timely filing of all required equityrelated reports and documentation.
  • Manage blackout periods and other compliancerelated controls in the Shareworks system.
  • Support accounting functions related to stockbased compensation by preparing reports and valuations during monthend close.
  • Assist in gathering data and preparing intercompany allocations for equity expenses across international entities.
  • Support the annual Proxy and Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) reporting under guidance from the Lead Stock Plan Administrator.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to automate workflows and reduce manual effort while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Provide reporting support for W2 and 1099R stock compensation tax impacts.
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Legal Finance Payroll HR and external counsel to support equity program operations and special projects.
  • Evaluate and implement scalable equity system solutions aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Perform additional duties ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with public companies in equity administration.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • Prior experience with Morgan Stanleys Equity Edge Online (EEO) preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145000 $163000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
