About Us:
Citywide Janitorial is a trusted provider of commercial janitorial services in the Charlotte metro area. We deliver consistent highquality cleaning solutions for offices medical facilities retail locations and more. As we expand our local footprint we are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Development Manager to help grow our customer base in Charlotte and the surrounding regions.
Position Summary:
This is a commissiononly opportunity ideal for a selfdriven sales professional. Youll focus on generating new business closing deals and building relationships with commercial clients in the area. Youll have the freedom to set your schedule the support to help you succeed and the potential for significant earnings based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect commercial accounts across Charlotte and surrounding counties
Conduct cold calls onsite visits and networking to generate qualified leads
Present tailored janitorial solutions to meet client needs
Close new contracts and manage the sales process from lead to signed agreement
Maintain client relationships and encourage referrals and renewals
Track progress and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Proven success in outside or B2B sales (janitorial or commercial services preferred)
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently set goals and manage a local territory
Familiarity with the Charlotte market and surrounding business communities
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Comfortable working on commissiononly structure
