Clinical Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW)
Location:Penn Yan NY 14527 (Finger Lakes Region)
Employment Type:Fulltime Direct Hire Hourly Day/Evening Shifts OnCall Rotation (a few times/month)
About the Role
Were seeking a licensed Clinical Therapist (LMSW or LCSW) to join our outpatient behavioral health team. Youll work with clients aged 5 and upindividually and in groupsto conduct assessments develop treatment plans and deliver evidencebased interventions. Youll also participate in an Emergency Department oncall rotation to provide crisis evaluations.

LMSW: $36.20$40.49/hr (DOE)
LCSW: $31.55$42.52/hr (DOE)

Core Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment planning
Collaborate with clients and families to establish and pursue treatment goals
Provide individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting
Maintain timely accurate documentation in client records
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and external providers
Participate in oncall crisis evaluations at local Emergency Departments
Uphold professional standards and foster a healingcentered environment
Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work Mental Health Counseling Psychology Nursing or Art Therapy (PhD preferred)
Active NYS LMSW or LCSW (or equivalent NYS license: Mental Health Counselor RN Creative Arts Therapist)
Valid NYS drivers license clear of violations
BLS certification (via RQI) and CPI certification (within 90 days of hire)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a mental health or hospital setting (3 years preferred)
