The Juvenile Court Counselor Supervisor position involves the administrative and technical supervision of a staff of Juvenile Court Counselors who provide an array of supportive services court ordered supervision and treatment of delinquent and undisciplined juveniles. They are responsible for the quality of services provided by staff and compliance with established standards and guidelines. Supervisors are required to travel around the district providing direct supervision to staff and may carry a small caseload of very complex cases or supervise special community based/court related programs. Supervisors will meet periodically with Chief Court Counselors to review progress.
Job Duties Include:
