How you will make a difference:
As the RN Nurse Manager you will supervise the training of nurses through onboarding oneonone education and researching opportunities to grow our teams clinical skills. Our team of nurses will look to you for clinical guidance to help maintain a high standard of care. You will work directly with case managers ADONs and other clinical team leads to support our growing team of nurses. Outside of your administrative duties you will provide direct patient care through skilled visits including media management and wound care. This is a learning position to become an ADON/altadministrator soRNs eager to grow in leadership and step their nursing feet into administration will thrive in this position.
Whats required to join our team:
- At least 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse.
- You will spend most of your day interacting with people. An outgoing personality who loves peoples do well in this position
- A passion for bedside care and nursing education is key for you in this position.
