Job Description

This position is offering a Training Bonus of over $1000!

  • 30 Days:$500
    60 Days: $350
    90 Days:$175

Hourly Pay: $21.00 base pay per hour

At InterDent and in our 150 affiliated dental offices we build relationships for life serving over one million patients each year. Gentle Dental provides highquality comprehensive care including general dentistry orthodontics periodontics endodontics pedodontics prosthodontics and oral surgery.

Hours of Operation: Shifts available and range from 7:15 a.m to 8 p.m. PST

Job Location:

El Segundo Support Center
2260 E Imperial Hwy
El Segundo CA 90245 USA

Compensation: Hourly base pay plus commission plan plus $1025 training bonus

  • $21.00 per hour plus bonuses
  • Realistic and conservative bonus earnings are estimated at $350 $400 per month
  • Agents have the opportunity to earn an additional $300 per month on top of the first bonus based on more challenging metrics for a total monthly bonus amount of $650 $700 plus hourly rates of pay

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to high volume inbound phone calls while compassionately handling questions and/or concerns
  • Schedule new patient appointments
  • Use trained sales tactics to reach company goals of appointments set and customer satisfaction
  • Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership Team
  • Schedule treatment with General Dentist & Hygienists
  • Schedule Specialty consultations for patients with a referral
  • Discuss insurance copayments and payment plans for treatment plans and share Smile Plan with new patients
  • Cancel/Reschedule treatment appointments
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 12 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to accurately type 40 wpm
  • Desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Experience working in a fastpaced customerdriven environment
