About the team and the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Manager Operations and Business Strategy to join our dynamic team! Reporting to the Director of Operations Business and Content this role is pivotal in managing and driving communication projects that align with our strategic objectives while also driving program management perfection across the organization.
What you will accomplish:
- Program Management:Lead and coordinate the planning execution and successful delivery of communication projects. Implement program management methodologies to ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals completed on time and within budget.
- Strategic Planning:Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic business initiatives that optimize operational processes and drive company growth.
- Internal Communications:Improve internal communication channels to ensure clarity consistency and effective dissemination of information across the organization.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration:Work collaboratively with various departments to integrate communication initiatives with broader business objectives encouraging a cohesive approach to strategy execution.
- Data Analysis:Leverage metrics and feedback to assess communication efficiency providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management:Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders serving as the primary liaison for communication projects and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in program management within a communications or operations context with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
- Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities adept at conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment demonstrating strong prioritization and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in program and project management tools and communication platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
- Experience in business strategy and operations is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$140800 $188000Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired employees will be in an atwill position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
