You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWhy Its a Great Opportunity:In this role at the Chambers Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant you will lead a team of great operators at one of the most advanced wastewater treatment plants on the West Coast where we produce fertilizer pellets (SoundGRO) perform biological nutrient removal and operate Annamox reactors for side stream treatment. You will be responsible for the daily operations of two complex treatment plants making process control decisions managing operator schedules and preparing operators for the various activities that take place each day. This will include sample collection maintenance activities and special projects. You will provide guidance mentoring training and supervision to the operators ensure the plant is meeting all regulatory requirements and manage all operational aspects of the treatment plants. You will work with Engineering Maintenance and other teams to keep this stateoftheart facility operating efficiently for the communities of Pierce County.
