Job Description
The Plumber 3 is an experienced and highly skilled plumber. The Plumber 3 should have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems advanced problemsolving abilities and the capability to lead projects and mentor Plumber 1 and Plumber 2. A Plumber 3 is responsible for overseeing complex plumbing installations repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute the installation repair and maintenance of plumbing systems including pipes fixtures and fittings.
Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
Interpret and create blueprints and building specifications for plumbing layouts.
Collaborate with contractors electricians and other construction professionals to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve complex plumbing problems.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Provide mentorship and training to junior plumbers.
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely and effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience
- Education: High School Diploma
- License and Certification: Licensed Plumber and ASSE 6010 Medical Gas Installer
- Skills and Abilities: effective communication interpersonal attention to detail
