Along the way they collaborate with worldclass engineers and designers to maximize each products impact. By combining enduser value with business value they ensure a clear single point of accountability for the performance of the product and business.
How Youll Find Success
The ideal candidate will have a strong product management background experience leading large projects and have a wellrounded technical background. A great product manager sits at the intersection of business technology and design. The candidate also possesses a rocksolid background in data analysis insight and converting data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information. The candidate should also have a business background that enables them to support a process of researching analyzing and reporting on business development activity. Youll be customerobsessed strategic detailoriented and highly creative driving with the following primary responsibilities.

Things Youll Do
This role will drive launches from the strategic roadmap of the platform. Examples might include product iterations for the extensible portfolio of Qualtrics communication channels like Email SMS WhatsApp Microsoft Teams and Slack. Or helping in areas like globalization and accessibility truly expanding the reach of Qualtrics to every customer and employee in every organization worldwide. Or helping to build top compliance and critical features CIOs and CTOs expect from worldclass enterprise products.
What Were Looking For On Your Resume
- 3 years of product management experience
- Lead and drive products within the context of a broader product goals strategy and roadmap.
- Incorporate data research and market analysis to inform product requirements.
- Understand Qualtricss strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
- Develop and implement a companywide gotomarket plan working with all departments to execute
- Build and improve processes for collecting customer feedback building requirements and maintaining a longterm roadmap
- Participate in the business development and partnershipbuilding activities
- Collaborate with other groups within the company to orchestrate successful product outcomes including: Sciences teams Engineering Design Technical Program Management Delivery Support Customer Success and Product Marketing
- Minimum: BS degree in technology
