About the Design Technology Teacher role:
Deliver engaging Design Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4
Join a collaborative 6person Design Technology department
Focus on student progress and attainment in Design Technology
Communicate effectively with parents and carers
Play a proactive role in behaviour management and SEND support
Contribute creatively to curriculum planning and delivery
Lead lessons with confidence and adaptability
Be part of a team working towards middle and senior leadership roles
What were looking for in a Design Technology Teacher:
1:1 related degree from a top 20 UK university
QTS and experience working in a school environment
Strong classroom management skills especially around behaviour
Confidence in supporting students with SEND
Flexibility creativity and a proactive attitude
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
