Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized proactive and strategic associate to support our CEO/COO Office. The scope of this role is to own and manage highimpact initiatives across the company being responsible for their delivery thus supporting Aleph Alpha in reaching its next steps. The ideal candidate is a team player who possesses a strong entrepreneurial drive and high agency. This role requires a blend of strategic and analytical thinking a structured approach to your tasks and operational efficiency to manage the various projects that come your way.
Your responsibilities:
Drive and support highimpact projects and initiatives across the company ensuring they are executed efficiently and within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather data track progress drive decisions and resolve any bottlenecks.
Develop project plans define milestones and monitor project deliverables to ensure successful completion.
Assist in the implementation of new systems tools and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies policies and practices.
Your profile:
First experience within a highpaced environment (e.g. StartUp Consulting). Experience in supporting Clevel executives or founders is a plus.
A demonstrated high degree of ownership in driving initiatives forward despite complex interdependencies and bottlenecks.
Experience in taking something from 0 to 1 enabling growth or developing business frameworks.
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities in a dataconstrained environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
A basic understanding of GenAI and underlying technologies is a plus.
