Job Description

Were ready to hire another collaborative goal oriented sales professional to join us as an Account Manager
In this vital role youll deepen relationships with our valued clients in the education system and drive growth across Ontario. Youll balance nurturing existing accounts with proactively uncovering new opportunities that make a real difference in peoples lives.

What Youll Do:
Build and strengthen relationships with current clients becoming their trusted advisor
Develop and execute a strategic prospecting plan to grow our presence in target regions
Align sales strategies with customer needs and buying cycles to maximize impact
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Marketing to enhance our product lines and materials
Partner with Customer Service to deliver seamless support and swift issue resolution

What You Bring:
Proven success in sales or account management with a consultative clientfocused approach
Genuine passion for assistive technology or supporting individuals with special needs
Ability to juggle new business development alongside ongoing account care
Strong organizational planning and problemsolving skills
Independent proactive mindset with excellent relationshipbuilding abilities
Fluent English communication and presentation skills (French is an asset)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Excel
Postsecondary education and familiarity with assistive technology or special education
are strong assets
