Job Description
The Opportunity:
Newcastle Anglican is seeking casual Enrolled Nurses to work at their 5 aged care facilities in Newcastle & Lake Macquarie. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care home. As an Enrolled Nurse you will empower and enable our consumers by providing comprehensive personcentered care. Working closely with Registered Nurses and other allied health professionals you will join a dedicated care team to make a memorable difference to the lives of our consumers and their families.
Shifts available Afternoon & Night shifts available
Pay rate range $36.04p/h 38.74 p/h permanent shift loading

Role & Responsibilities:
- Actively promote Anglican Cares positive culture through interactions with residents staff and their families
- Consistent delivery of person centered care to residents in our facilities
- Observe confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
- Abide by Aged Care Standards
- Work as an effective team member
About you
- Enrolled Nurse with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated experience in Residential Aged Care
- Demonstrated experience in dementia care and best practice behaviour management
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Hold a First Aid certificate
