About the role
Were looking for a process automation expert who can identify business processes that are ripe for automation to free up current system users for more interesting and valuable tasks.
Reporting to the Manager Business Applications and working closely with business SMEs across the business this is an extremely busy role with a considerable pipeline. You will be identifying new opportunities for process automation and maintaining our current fleet of bots. This is a senior role within our team taking accountability for technical leadership across all ITIL processes. Youll need to be comfortable managing your own workload understanding how to optimise your time to provide maximum value to the business and working with the team across technical change incident and problem management.

This is a senior role within our organisation so there are a few things that well look for on your CV.
What the role will involve
Your day will be varied and interesting. You will be working with stakeholders across the business to help them identify processes that are ripe for automation.
You will then work with stakeholders and own the whole delivery from process documentation to coding testing and delivering the bots training the usersand maintaining the bots in production. Youll be responsible for fixing any issues that arise and ensuring these key automated processes keep pace with business process changes.
