Make your impact within a rapidly growing financial technology (FinTech) company
We are seeking a collaborative and analytical individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This position reports to the Senior Director of FP&A and plays a key role in supporting the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing as their dedicated FP&A partner. Additionally this role will support adhoc analytical requests from our Product and GotoMarket (GTM) leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the finance partner for the Marketing function within BILLs GTM teams supporting resource planning budgeting investment analysis and other core financial activities
- Lead and support business cases marketing return on investment (ROI) analysis and financial evaluations for strategic initiatives
- Assist in the regular reporting of key performance metrics improving both accuracy and turnaround times
- Collaborate with General & Administrative (G&A) and Accounting teams during the period close process to forecast and track internal and external expenses
Wed love to chat if you have:
- 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance preferably in a highgrowth environment with a strong focus on data and analytics
- Advanced proficiency in financial planning modeling reporting and largescale data analysis
- Demonstrated experience in providing analytical support to improve financial outcomes
- Proven success in optimizing financial reporting processes
- Handson experience using budgeting tools such as Adaptive Insights
- Familiarity with accounting processes related to monthly or quarterly close cycles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a SoftwareasaService (SaaS) or FinTech environment
- Experience partnering with GotoMarket (GTM) and Marketing teams on budgeting forecasting or performance analysis
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to crossfunctional stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented setting
This Draper UTbased hybrid role requires inoffice work (Mon Tues Thurs). Candidates must be U.S. work authorized with no current or future sponsorship needs and live within 45 miles of Draper or relocate by the start date.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper UT. Additionally this role is eligible to participate in BILLs bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
