The Helpdesk Technician provides technical assistance and direct support to internal associates for a variety of hardware and software needs. The Helpdesk Technician is responsible for desktop laptop hardware and software support along with additional technology support when needed. This role includes general software support user access management and resolution of technical support tickets. The technician also contributes to ongoing projects related to compliance and systems improvements.
