Job Description
Help Desk Technician (ISMO)
This position is in support of government contracts. It is an onsite position in the Daleville Alabama area. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Windows Operation Systems (Windows 10) Microsoft Office Professional (2013 and 2016) Client Printer Support Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and Active Directory with at least 2 years of experience in Information Technology field. Candidate must have the ability to obtain DOD security clearance and complete certifications within 90 days.
Those with proven leadership skills are highly desired
Essential Job Functions:
- Tests monitors and troubleshoots a variety of complex platforms operating systems networks and applications using established procedures.
- Will also be providing audiovisual and VTC support
- Image configure profile and map network devices for new customers
- Setup and configure various Client printers scanners and copiers
- Ability to safely frequently and independently move and handle up to 40 lbs
Qualifications:
- Experience working with various networks applications and systems
- Ability to document all project tasks according to deadlines
- Some Audio Visual experience in setting up and maintaining microphones Speakers and other Classroom/Conference room equipment
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing environments and short notice changes
- Work environment will be supporting senior military personnel so candidate must be able to work in a stressful environment
- Experience with cable assembly (45 RJ11 COAX etc.)
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills to interface with internal and external customers and vendors
- Ability to work under pressure or potentially stressful situations and remain calm and focused
- Must be able to obtain DOD security clearance.
- Must obtain Security Certification within 90 days.
- Must obtain Microsoft Certification within 90 days.
- Must be customer oriented.
- Ability to document all project tasks according to deadlines
