Laboratory Technician (licensed) Evening shift 3:00-11:00 PM

What Youll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• REQUIRED: Licensure as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
• Strong Preference: Laboratory skills gained from a training program in Biotechnology MLT or another sciencerelated field (Biology/Chemistry).
• Highly Preferred: 12 years of experience as a laboratory technician bio technician or in a related role.
• Must have: Familiarity with general laboratory practices.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in email communication.
• Understanding of laboratory equipment and related technology.
• Strong reading comprehension skills to understand workrelated documents.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively multitask organize plan and prioritize work.
• Ability to organize tasks and projects with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures with accuracy and precision.
• Disciplined thinking with a clear rational openminded and factbased approach.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to bend lift up to 25 pounds (including overhead lifting) stoop hear climb steps/ladders reach grasp and kneel.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and other light physical exertion on occasion.
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus for extended periods.
