Account Manager Opportunity WC/P&C Coverage (Greater Lansing Area MI)
FullTime Hybrid $75K$95K Bonus
We are partnering with a highly respected and missiondriven insurance organization in the Greater Lansing area to identify a seasoned Account Manager with strong clientfacing experience in P&C and Workers Compensation. What Youll Do:
Build strong relationships with clients
Present and explain liability property and workers compensation coverages
Represent the company at member events conferences and school functions
Collaborate closely with Underwriting Risk Control and Claims departments
Maintain CRM systems and participate in regular team meetings
Deliver professional presentations to audiences of all sizes
What Theyre Looking For:
Agency/Broker background with proven client relationship skills
Minimum 5 years experience in Risk Management/Insurance (PC/WC preferred)
Bachelors degree in Insurance Risk Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to obtain a Michigan P&C license within 3 months
Located near the Greater Lansing area and able to travel as needed
Polished communication and presentation skills
Techsavvy with strong organizational habits
