Who are we looking for
We are excited to offer internship opportunities within our People (HR) team in Houston TX as part of GHD Learning Teamfor Summer 2025. As a summer intern in our Learning Team you will support various projects aimed at enhancing our training and development programs. You will collaborate with team members to develop resources refresh training materials and create engaging learning experiences.
Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Assist in updating and developing training materials including field guides introductory training modules and performance rubrics.
- Refresh and digitize training content to create interactive and accessible learning experiences.
- Support the development of leadership and management training resources focusing on learner experiences and journey concepts.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of onboarding materials and programs for new employees.
- Participate in the creation of eLearning modules and other digital resources to enhance technical and safety training.
- Help design and deliver webinars and other training sessions to improve presentation and management skills.
- Collaborate with team members to develop resources for various training programs including new manager induction and project management training.
