What youll do at OhioMHAS:

Were looking for a Senior Hiring Management Specialist to join our central office HR team and play a key role in supporting our hiring and staffing processes. In this role youll coordinate recruitment efforts support managers through hiring decisions and ensure that our HR practices follow all state and federal rules.

Youll work closely with department managers in our central office Recovery Services & Ohio Pharmacy Services to manage job postings review applications create and update job descriptions and guide hiring teams through the interview and selection process. Youll also help ensure that our HR systems and policies are accurate compliant and effective.

This is an hourly position and is exempt from the bargaining units with a pay range of 12on theE1 Exempt Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Flexible Schedule).

Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.

Position Qualifications:

3 yrs. exp. in human resources.

OR

Completion of undergraduate core program in human resources business or public administration; 12 mos. exp. in human resources.

OR

1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Analyst 64612.

OR

The equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
