Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist with a drive for innovation and highquality design Our client a leading practice known for delivering sustainable and inspiring spaces is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to projects across the Healthcare Residential and Retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist:
Lead the technical delivery of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
Produce detailed designs specifications and construction drawings in line with industry standards.
Collaborate closely with clients consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure adherence to building regulations and statutory requirements.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members supporting professional development.
Required Skills & Experience for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
At least 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist with a strong technical portfolio.
Proficient in Revit AutoCAD and other design tools.
Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations construction techniques and materials.
Strong communication and project coordination abilities.
Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively.
