YOUR WORKLIFE OPPORTUNITY:
Were looking for someone to join our Invoice to Pay team managing the invoices providing key support to the business and ensuring the accurate tracking and processing of all transactions.
BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
- Process invoices/credit notes in the company systems () including sorting and coding and obtaining payment approvals.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Review and book employee expense reports.
- Maintain vendor/supplier files.
- Analyze and reconcile supplier balances.
- Contact suppliers and different departments.
- Make payments to suppliers.
- Month end closing processes.
- Make accruals and prepayment of suppliers.
- Provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits as needed.
- Management and monitoring of team emails.
YOU HAVE:
- Financial educational background.
- 23 years of experience in AP area.
- Affinity to numbers and reporting.
- Capability to process invoices and data entries.
- English is a must Spanish is desirable.
- Being capable to cope with constant change and pressure.
- Willingness to go the extramile.
- Good vibes Team player
